Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 4KiX as much as we do! However, if you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please email us at hello@shop4kix.com and we’ll help you get started with your return or exchange. 

Refunds: Items are eligible for return and full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, so long as they have not been worn, are not damaged, and are still in their original 4KiX pouch. We do not require the same external packaging envelope to be used when making a return. 

Once your items have been received and inspected to ensure no damages, you will receive an email notifying you that the return has been accepted and money will be refunded to your bank account within 10 working days. 

We do not cover shipping fees on returned items. 


Exchanges: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@shop4kix.com for instructions on how to return your purchase in order to place an exchange. 

Please note that you are responsible for shipping fees on the items you are sending back to exchange, however 4KiX will cover shipping charges on the new outgoing shipment. 

Exchanges on Gifts: Our exchange policy also applies to gifts. The recipient can either exchange for a different style within the 30 day period of purchase or receive a credit note valid for one year. 

Sale Items: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Gift Cards: Gift cards and credit notes are not eligible for exchange or refund. 

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
