SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 24 hours of purchase. If you've selected first class shipping, you should receive your order within 1-2 days. If you've selected standard shipping, kindly allow 2-3 days for delivery. Please note we offer FREE shipping on orders of £25 and over.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after purchase. As long as the product has not been worn, and is still new and intact, it can absolutely be exchanged, refunded or returned within that time frame. Click here for instructions on how to start an exchange or return.
Does your return policy also apply to gifts?
Our exchange policy also applies to gifts. The recipient can either exchange for a different style within the 30 day period of purchase, or receive a credit note valid for one year.

ORDERS
Do I need an account to place an order?
While nothing would make us happier than to have you join our 4KiX community by registering for an account with us, you’re under no obligation to do so. We offer both guest check out and the option to create a profile. Either way, we consider you a valued customer and will do our utmost to send happiness your way in a timely and fashionable fashion ☺
How do I track my order?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email from us with the details of your order along with tracking information. You can use it to track your order. Account holders can also log into their account to track their orders via the website. If you’ve provided a mobile phone number, we will also automatically send you a text with your order details and tracking number as well as another text once it’s out for delivery.
Which payment methods do you take?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payments via PayPal. Please rest assured that all transactions are processed securely.
Is it possible to change an order after purchase?
At the moment we are only able to change the contents of an order, edit the shipping location, or change the billing details prior to payment and dispatch. Should you wish to change or add items, you would need to place a new order and / or return the first order once received.
What happens if my order is faulty or damaged?
We stand behind our product, so rest assured that if it’s faulty or damaged, you can return it for a full refund and / or exchange.

Will my information be kept confidential?
We highly value privacy and security, and value you, our customer, above all, so please rest assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no time will it be shared with any third parties. PRODUCT CARE
How do I travel with my 4KiX?
If you’re travelling with your 4KiX (and we highly recommend that you do ☺), simply place them in the pouch that they arrived in and pack them into your suitcase, preferably between clothing to provide some cushion. Putting them in your carry on is also perfectly fine and of course, wearing them on your feet at all times will add both fun and flair to your journey! :-)
How do I clean my 4KiX?
Charms: If you purchased charms, you would clean them similarly to jewelry. Simply wipe the charm using a cleaning cloth either made or micro fibre or even cotton.
Shields: To clean your shields, prevention is the best medicine. We recommend using a protection spray before you wear them and in case you do need to wipe something away, use a white, clean cloth or towel, wet it with some cold water, and gently dab the area you’d like to clean. Please note: your washcloth or towel should be white to avoid staining that may occur if using a colored cloth.
How do I care for my 4KiX?
Looking after your 4KiX is easy. If you swap them out frequently and want to give them a place to live when they’re not on your feet, we recommend keeping them in the packaging that they arrived in or in a box / pouch of your choice, and finding a comfortable spot for them in your drawers or closet.
